Methods of payment
Infinite Cables accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN
EXPRESS & PAYPAL as payment for products purchased through our web site.
Resellers, VARs, dealers, computer OEMs,
government agencies and school boards are welcome to pay via credit card, COD or apply for terms. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Any and all
applicable sales taxes as well as shipping and/or handling charges
will be added to the final purchasing price of products at the time
of the transaction. If you do not feel comfortable submitting credit
card information online please contact us at sales@infinitecables.com
for alternative methods of payment.
We do not accept orders outside of Canada, the USA and Puerto Rico
over the internet. Please contact us
if you would like to place an international order, and we will process
it manually. We accept bank transfers for international orders only.
Unfortunately we can not estimate lead times since they vary greatly
depending on your location.
We reserve the right to change these prices without notice however
the final shipping costs will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Further, these prices may not apply to purchases made that are unusually
heavy in weight. Contact us for any special
delivery requests.
Order processing
Orders placed before 3:00pm EST will be processed the same day
as inventory status allows. The stock status listed on our website
is an approximation. If you should have concerns about the stock
status please call, email or fax us for product availability.
Pick-Ups
Pick-ups are only available at our Markham Ontario Canada location. All pick-up orders must be placed prior to arriving. Pick-up counter located at rear of building.
Product returns
We will gladly accept product returns within 15 days of the original
purchase date. All product returns will be charged a 25% restocking
fee on the original purchase price of the product. The initial shipping
charge will not be refunded. The customer is also responsible for
any and all charges associated with return shipping of the product.
In order to return a product you will need to contact us at rma@infinitecables.com
to receive a return merchandise authorization number before shipping
the product back. Please note the product purchased, the original
purchase date and the reason for the return in your email. Returns
will not be accepted without an RMA number. All returns must also
be unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot
accept returns on batteries as they are a consumable good.
In the case a product is defective, you must request and RMA number
within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive the product we will
test it to determine if it is defective. If the product is deemed
defective, you will not be charged any restocking fee. If the product
is not found to be defective within 15 days of the original purchase
date, the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee. If the
product is not found to be defective and originally purchased between
15 and 30 days, a 35% restocking fee will be charged.
Purchasing by minors
Infinite Cables does not sell to anyone under the legal age of majority.
If you are a minor and wish to make a purchase through www.infinitecables.com
you must have a parent or legal guardian perform the transaction
on your behalf.
Misprints
Infinite Cables always tries to ensure that all information provided
to you through our web site is complete and accurate. However, we
may on occasion make a mistake. We reserve the right to correct
or cancel an order at any time due to incorrect information.
