Simply fill in the Reseller Application Form and fax it in to us along with a copy of your PST exemption number, and we will set you up. If you are looking to set up a line of credit, please download the Credit Application Form and fax it in as well. You can either email or call us for pricing/availability and email/fax or phone in your order.
